Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Trying a dress on indoors is fine; worn or altered items cannot be returned for a change of mind.

To start a return, email martinhu0622@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. There is no restocking fee. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a suitable resolution and cover return shipping when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. These conditions do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, contact us to confirm availability. For cancellation requests, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order before it has been dispatched; once dispatched, the return process applies.
