Shipping destinations and charges

Yunell currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more, based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit times vary by dress, stock availability, and destination. We do not currently offer a guaranteed express or event-date delivery service. If you need a dress for a particular date, please contact martinhu0622@gmail.com before ordering to confirm availability and the current delivery estimate.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. If a delay affects your order, contact us for an update or assistance.

Shipping address and tracking

Enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Tracking details will be provided when your order is shipped. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Delivery issues

For a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We will help investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
